I've worked in many areas of production, including conceptual design, 3D modeling, texturing, world-building, voice casting and series directing. I've conducted writers' rooms and written scripts. I've pitched at trade shows and have a solid grasp of how a pitch deck should look.
This exposure has given me a holistic understanding of the animation process. It enables me to flag potentially costly issues - be it an overly complex scene in a script or a poor design choice made with the best of intentions. This foresight and creative problem-solving has become instinctive and would be an invaluable skill-set for any project.
